1.After connecting the water cable of power unit and induction furnace. Check for leaks of power unit, induction furnace or transformer. If there is no leakage, keep water flow at least 30 min
2.Check the connection of the control board, drive board, power board etc. in power unit, and make sure there is no loose. If the high frequency cable or induction coil hasn’t connected for long time, before connecting, the contact surface must remove the oxide layer first. Make sure each connection cable can work. Before connect the high frequency cable with the power unit, must put seal for better leakage prevent.
3.Turn off the isolating switch. Then open the power switch for control panel and press the heat button, make sure the light on the drive board working normally. Afterwards, let the machine in heating condition for 8 hours (if you have oscilloscope, follow data of driving waveform).
4.Let the induction furnace full load. Then open the isolating switch and control panel switch. Spin the Power adjusted button to min., press heat button to dry the induction furnace. Until the temperature of billet reach 600 degree Celsius, then press stop button. Make the billet cooling in the air to 200 degree Celsius, then press heat button. Repeat this operation for 4 hours. Afterwards keep the billet in 600 degree Celsius for 4 hours. If there is no moisture outside the induction furnace, the drying operation is completed. The time of drying the induction furnace need at least 8 hours (According to customer’s working environment).
5.Let the induction furnace unload. Then open the isolating switch, the power switch of control panel and spin the power adjusted button to min. Press heat button and spin the power adjusted button slowly to middle, keeping the machine working to 30 min. After that spin the power adjusted button to max. and keep the machine working in 5 min.
6.If the operation above is no problem, the machine can be put into production normally.
